This is an ok company for hosting a web site as long as you never need support and never make configuration changes. The moment you touch something or need help you are alone with your problem(s). A2 hosting does not answer the phone when customers call. A2 hosting does not respond to email requests and does not offer a way to open support requests via the CPanel. A2 hosting requires a multi-day process via chat to change or cancel hosting plans.

i am stuck since weeks with errors and errors and Cpanel not working, since 24 hours all websites on the server get infected with no access to any website admin panel to do anything.They have good team, however, such business need more expert on support and more knowledge, if my issue not solved today i have to move to another hosting company

Watch out - Pricing is not accurate

Company gets you in with a super sweet deal and does not disclose that they are going to put the price up 70% on your renewal. Not an honest way to do business. IMO It is also like a Maze trying to get to the live support. Yeah you know, go through 20 menus to find it. IE they don't want you to contact them.
