I lost two of my domains but got resolved quickly. I had transferred the domains to iPage a few of years back. They were for my wife who has not been active on them in recent times but hopes to be one day so are fairly dormant.I noticed that I could no longer access them. I contacted iPage through the chat facility. It became clear that the nameservers were no longer working due to me changing broadband supplier two years ago. No longer having my previous BB account, I was worried that it would not be easy to get the domains pointing to my iPage account, however the agent, with whom I was in contact with, enthusiastically went about explaining and then sorting the problem for me and even allowing me time to create a sub folder for the domains to be pointing to thus allowing me to manage these domains separately. I have never had much faith in web hosting services in the past but I was so stunned by this superb service that I have written my first review. I am a software engineer by trade, desktop and not web based so although very computer literate am not so experienced in the ways of the web. So whilst my problem may or may not have been easy to solve I was delighted that it was not made to be difficult. In fact the opposite.Very pleased! Thank you Varshitha!

ny website was hacked and hostpapa requested it be taken down; it took several e-mail/phone contacts over the better part of a week to find a back-up, which was uploaded to the c panel of my account. Still unable to access the site on Google, I was informed by tech support that the site had to be re-indexed on Google. Unable to follow the multi-step protocol, a hostpapa associate was kind enough to complete the process for me and access to my site was restored several days later
