    Though I was transferring my domain from ipage to another site, Varshitha helped me promptly and did all the things needed for sending the auth-code to my email. Not only that she stayed for the whole interaction as the email was taking time to arrive, She also inquired about why I am changing and unlike many other customer service reps, she never pressurized to stay me as she understood my reasoning for transfer ( Reason: I was not using this domain, still want to keep it and was getting a good deal in another site while the ipage renewal cost is higher). While Siteground is not the cheapest host out there, the services is amazing and I wouldn't be able to manage working my sites by myself with their stellar support. The chat is almost instant and they always resolve my issues so quickly that I feel stupid for spending hours trying to figure things out for myself. (I do it to try to learn so will continue to do it this way). My latest misadventure involved me knocking my site out by connected my DNS to cloudflare (without using it directly inside Siteground). They diagnosed the issue in 2 minutes and had me back up and running.
