When should you use a Virtual Private Server?
Starting with a VPS plan from the beginning is a good idea. eCommerce websites, for example, that require secure payments in a fast and stable environment can greatly benefit from a virtual private server. In fact, if you store sensitive data or have to process online payments, a virtual private server (VPS) can help you reduce the risk of security breaches and identity theft.
A VPS hosting plan can also be beneficial if you anticipate traffic spikes on your site at specific times, such as in the case of an event planning or ticket-selling website. Game servers, such as CS:GO or Minecraft, and other resource-intensive websites perform much better on a virtual private server.

Great Customer Service
Janet P
I had an issue with my website redirecting to an old website, which no longer existed. I tried many ways to fix it, but ended up making it worse. Through the help of Georgi via Siteground's help chat, he patiently walked me through the process of changing code in the File Manager and my site was back up and running in less than 10 minutes. I was elated and so happy with the quick acess to customer service and problem solving. Nice job Siteground!
I have had a theme template installed…

I have had a theme template installed and re-installed 5 times. Maybe more. Each and every time the installation is done incorrectly and there is an element missing. I used to use Envato hosting which was a breeze and they were so helpful. I can not believe I have been paying 20+USD and spent a month trying to have a working demo theme installed. What a waste of money, and time.
