I have had all my clients hosted on Siteground for since 2015.In all that time the technical support I need is available and well delivered.I am not thrilled that they keep developing their own Cpanels and CDNs etc... because I am comfortable with the tools as they have existed - BUT so far - other than needing to get used to things - and limiting the number of support contractors I can bring in to help me without training on the SiteGround paradigm everything works... and when it does not, their excellent tech support takes care of it. So I give it 5 stars.

Same as James said, 2-3 comments below. Literally false advertisement. They are luring you that you can run nodejs apps and so on, until you actually run it (I am using Turbo Boost Plan) so you can see your that your resources maxed out. The cPanel locks you pretty much and tells you, you don't have the required permission to resolve this, you contact support and they tell you that... "We have killed all user processes on your account to free up the resource usage, however, this isn't a permanent fix as nodeJS can be very resource-intensive. You or your developer would need to take steps to review your application process consumption or consider upgrading to a server with higher process handing capabilities like our managed VPS or Dedicated servers."My application is literally no more than 10 files and all of them are small (its just an index with some js to it). And the plan I am using was being advertised as absolutely fine to use with requirements like mine.

I am so very limited in my computer knowledge. She took probably about an hour and a half to make sure that my service was working. She changed my version to the latest, and helped me change my password. She educated me on the name of my Email for my WordPress site. (I haven't entered it since 2015)She walked me through refreshing and using different search engines. It must have been so challenging for her and yet not even one sigh of exasperation. Do not use this company! I signed up, paid for my domain and then never was able to use my account. I would receive cautionary messages when I would click the confirmation link in the email that it is not a secure site and that it is fraudulent, spam, possibly hacking my financial information etc. I tried multiple times to address this with the company directly and was told that it was a problem with Google! I couldn’t get my money back and or cancel my account. The best they could do is NOT charge me again in a year when my domain renews. I’ve contacted an attorney. Please don’t fall victim!
