    My journey started this morning and lasted for over 4 hours during the day. I am self-employed and cannot dedicate this much time to simply adding an employee to my Google workspace. But that is how the day played out; until I phoned iPage help and got Athena. She not only helped me add the new employee email, but found out by doing her Private Eye work behind the scenes why I was unable to do it myself. Apparently, the function was not appearing on my dashboard as it should have. She has now escalated that issue to the techs higher up to correct. In the meantime, I am good to go and so is my new employee. Thanks Athena - Salute
