When should you use a Virtual Private Server?
Starting with a VPS plan from the beginning is a good idea. eCommerce websites, for example, that require secure payments in a fast and stable environment can greatly benefit from a virtual private server. In fact, if you store sensitive data or have to process online payments, a virtual private server (VPS) can help you reduce the risk of security breaches and identity theft.
A VPS hosting plan can also be beneficial if you anticipate traffic spikes on your site at specific times, such as in the case of an event planning or ticket-selling website. Game servers, such as CS:GO or Minecraft, and other resource-intensive websites perform much better on a virtual private server.

Customer service as it should be

On the rare occasions, I have had to contact Hostpapa for technical support, their level of customer service is as good as anyone could wish for.Whilst the front-line support may not have all of the technical knowledge of the senior team members, they can still resolve most issues. What I appreciate the most, is when it becomes evident that whoever is dealing with the initial request for support knows it is beyond their capabilities they will put their hands up and say they need to escalate, rather than trying to muddle through and create an impossible mess that takes forever to resolve.
