When should you use a Virtual Private Server?
Starting with a VPS plan from the beginning is a good idea. eCommerce websites, for example, that require secure payments in a fast and stable environment can greatly benefit from a virtual private server. In fact, if you store sensitive data or have to process online payments, a virtual private server (VPS) can help you reduce the risk of security breaches and identity theft.
A VPS hosting plan can also be beneficial if you anticipate traffic spikes on your site at specific times, such as in the case of an event planning or ticket-selling website. Game servers, such as CS:GO or Minecraft, and other resource-intensive websites perform much better on a virtual private server.

I was having issue with my website… it kept going down
NK
I was having issue with my website going down every time I was using the website builder for my new website. I had talked to 3 reps but they couldn't figure out. 1 rep suggested that if I use the subdomain, my home page will not be affected. However, they never instructed me how to switch to the subdomain. Finally today, i was lucky to talk to someone who found out the issue i was facing and directed me to the subdomain. Finally after so many hours on the phone, only one person was able to figure out what my issue was. Some reps are knowledgeable, others aren't. I need the luck to meet someone who is knowledgeable.
