When should you use a Virtual Private Server?
Starting with a VPS plan from the beginning is a good idea. eCommerce websites, for example, that require secure payments in a fast and stable environment can greatly benefit from a virtual private server. In fact, if you store sensitive data or have to process online payments, a virtual private server (VPS) can help you reduce the risk of security breaches and identity theft.
A VPS hosting plan can also be beneficial if you anticipate traffic spikes on your site at specific times, such as in the case of an event planning or ticket-selling website. Game servers, such as CS:GO or Minecraft, and other resource-intensive websites perform much better on a virtual private server.

Customer service
RG F
Though I was transferring my domain from ipage to another site, Varshitha helped me promptly and did all the things needed for sending the auth-code to my email. Not only that she stayed for the whole interaction as the email was taking time to arrive, She also inquired about why I am changing and unlike many other customer service reps, she never pressurized to stay me as she understood my reasoning for transfer ( Reason: I was not using this domain, still want to keep it and was getting a good deal in another site while the ipage renewal cost is higher). Only due to her customer service, for any of my new domain and webhosting, I will consider ipage as my first choice. Thank you again Varshitha for being such customer obsessed.
